Neja Grošelj

She kicked off her HR journey by earning a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ljubljana.

With nearly a decade of experience under her belt, she has built deep expertise in recruiting top talent, driving business growth, and boosting sales. She has a knack for spotting and attracting top-tier professionals, and her strategic approach helps clients achieve remarkable results.

On top of that, her sales acumen opens doors to new opportunities and strengthens lasting business relationships.

Neja believes that hard work and determination are the cornerstones of success, while genuine collaboration is key to building trust and meaningful connections with her clients.

Partner and Project Director / COO

Peter Bruvo

An HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, and HR operations management.

He gained valuable experience at leading recruitment companies Kariera and Manpower, where he led projects in search and selection, recruitment, headhunting, and international hiring. During this period, he collaborated with 382 different business clients, including some of the largest and most successful domestic and international companies.

Peter believes in long-term relationships. Over the years, he has established personal friendships with many clients and candidates. The phrase “it is not personal, it is strictly business” does not apply in this context. Long-term cooperation always includes a personal approach.

He is a proud father of two children, who teach him patience and creativity on a daily basis. In his free time, he can be found on running tracks preparing for his next marathon, exploring new destinations around the world, or tasting different types of whisky.
